We want you to love your P448 sneakers, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn sneakers in the original shoebox, secure them in a shipping mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
